He is survived by: his significant other Melissa; his close friend Melissa Berlin; his children, Megan Spillman (Jason) of Ohio and Anthony Brown (Nina Gallegos) of Ohio; his daughter-in-law Melissa Burgett of Ohio; his grandchildren, Haylee, Gabriel, Gage, Ryan, Jayleb, Chavin, Sophia, Wyatt and Trinity; his siblings, Noretta Potter of Kentucky, Carl Brown of Ohio, Vergil Brown of Indiana, Daisey Owens of Kentucky, Jenni West of Kentucky, Teddy McClease of Ohio, David Harr of Ohio and Brady Brown of Ohio; his children, Steven Berlin (Caitlin), Kalla Berlin, Carrie Berlin, Dustin T.
