He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Miller and Wilma Miller; and his sisters, Mary Anderson and Kathy Caruss. He is survived by: his children, Marc Miller (Donna) and Lorri Greenhoe (Mark); his grandchildren, Lyndsy Miller, Cameron Miller, Zebedee Miller and Isaac Miller; and his brother-in-law Delos Caruss. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
