He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips (Beebe); his children, Rae Fruth (David) and Gerald L. Phillips Jr. (Amy); his grandchildren, Sara Fruth (Jamie Watson), Ryan Fruth and Ethan Phillips (Chelsea); his great grandchildren, Marayah, Brendon, Jayden, JaMarion, Micah, Jillianna and Cruz; his sister Beverly Gauze (Les); and also, Abigail, Willetta Brewster, Nevaeh and Azurrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
