Evelyn Marie Ruthig Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Marie Ruthig of Leslie, Michigan, who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Wood and Eva Marie Wood (Teachout); her former husband Kenneth Ruthig; her husband Paul H. Wood; her sons, William Ruthig and Milton Ruthig; her grandsons, Jonathan Ruthig and Mackenzie Ruthig; her stepdaughter Mary Drake (Wood); and her brother William Wallace Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Ruthig (Jan), Wilma Haas (Paul) and Donald Ruthig (Corrina); her daughter-in-law Myra Ruthig; her stepson Mike Wood (Chris); and her sisters-in-law, Carol Wood and Mary Hector. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Northwest Baptist Church Shoebox Ministry.
