He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ellsworth and Lillian Ellsworth; his parents-in-law, Ken and Peg Atwood; his son Earl Ellsworth III; and his brothers-in-law, John Schultz, Richard Atwood and Steven Atwood.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellsworth; his children, Colleen Preston (Steven), Crystal Ellsworth (Jason Drumm) and Derek Ellsworth (Leann); his grandchildren, Travis (Alison Ellsworth), Alex (Zoe Preston), Jazmin (Landyn Loveless), Nova, Shilo (Mia Drumm) and Lexi (Emma Ellsworth); and his sisters, Lorraine Chesney (Robert), Linda Schultz and Diana Ellsworth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and all his children's friends who considered him "Dad".
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to the family to help with medical expenses.
