He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ousley and Osie Ousley (Miller); his wife Lois (Chesley); his son Daniel E. Ousley; and his siblings, Virgil Ousley, Jr., Virginia Baird, Doris Ousley, Sally Lafferty, Susie McKee, Shirley Johnson and Mary Ousley.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Ousley, Lisa Wheeler, Gayla Ousley and Pam Rhodes; and his sister Barbara Howard. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
