It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bryon David Kibbey (Leslie, Michigan), who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Kibbey; his aunt Audrey Thomas; his mother-in-law Shirley Brickner; his brother-in-law Gary Cater; and his close friend William McCurdy (Bill).
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kibbey; his children, Brent Kibbey (Jolene), Megan Kibbey (Chad), Brandon Kibbey (Ashley) and Nicole Kibbey (Lewis); his grandchildren, Dylan Patton, Logan Caudill, Brady Kibbey, Cooper Kibbey and Harper Debruler; his mother Judith Wentland; his siblings, Troy Kibbey (Dawn), Rick Kibbey (Kristin) and Rhonda Kibbey (Carol); and his friend Jeff Hartman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be sent to Megan Kibbey to be used for a Bryon Kibbey Memorial Car Show. The car show will raise funds in Bryon's name for the Leukemia Foundation through the hospital where he received exceptional care and compassion during his treatments.
