He was predeceased by: his stepson Harry Fulger. He is survived by: his wife La Moyne Badgley; his children, Peggy Badgley of Detroit and Scott Badgley of Lansing; his stepsons, Brett Badgley (Laura) and Daniel Hudson; his brothers, Roger Badgley (Meko) and Willett Badgley; and his niece Karen Moore.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
