Alverta M. Freed Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alverta M. Freed of Leslie, Michigan, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Meril Hamlin and Thelma Hamlin (Woodrow); her parents-in-law, Jacob and Gladys Freed (Charter); her son Dan Freed; her siblings, Marge Hamlin Gould, Douglas and Jack Hamlin; her siblings-in-law, Harold LaPaugh, Paul Gould, Jerry Freed, Lou Richards, Sonny Richards, Junior Freed, Charlie Freed, Ray Morey, Jack Zell, Russ Wieferich, Doris Freed Morey and Ida Freed Zell; and her nieces and nephews, Steven, Pam, Cindy LaPaugh, Louis Jr. Richards, Dennis Richards, Tami Bradshaw and Roger Freed.

She is survived by: her husband Leslie; her daughters, Linda Elliott (Paul) and Diane Moomey; her granddaughters, Amy Noland (Doug), Teresa, Elizabeth Freed and Bridget Cinco (Dave); her great grandchildren, Olivia, Grant, Brooke Noland, Aliah (Anthony G.), Brent, Cayda Cinco and Derrick Freed; her great great grandchildren, Luca and Lillith Cinco Guild; her siblings, Doris LaPaugh, Norva Taylor (Phil), Carol Freed and Marcie Mansfield (Walt); her sister-in-law Diane Hamlin; and her parents-in-law, Betty Freed, June Freed Maas, Wayne Freed (Minnie), Eugene Freed (Margaret), Arvella Divelbiss (Bob), Elnora Wieferich, Larry Freed and Pat Freed Merrill. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
