He was predeceased by: his parent William Donald Meeusen; and his brother Wayne Lee Meeusen. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Meeusen (Kluck); his wife Leslie Weinberg; his children, Daniel Meeusen and Brian Surrency; his sister Donna Kay Meeusen; his siblings-in-law, Elma Meeusen, Leonard Weinberg, Lawrence Weinberg, Raymond Skeels and Richard Skeels; and his friend Russ Latchaw (Kathy).
