He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillary Branch and Malissia Branch (Hopkins); his wife Verna Heckathorn; his parents-in-law, Howard and Mildred Heckathorn; his son-in-law Gabriel Bregg; his parents-in-law, James Heckathorn and Bonnie Heckathorn; his niece Kerri Rice; and his nephews, Harold Yarrington and James Yarrington.
He is survived by: his children, Roxanne Morrison of McBain, Jeffrey Branch (Cindy) of Leroy, Rozilyn Cool of Kalkaska, Joseph Branch of Cadillac and Racquel Bregg of Cadillac; his grandchildren, Carolina Long, Ashley Clark (Ted), Andrew Branch, Dillon Cool, Lane Cool, Alorrah Doty, Adrian Bregg, Jared Bregg, Ella Schroder, Emmet Schroder, Orin Bregg, Essian Bregg, Aras Bregg, Dustin Warner, Grayson and Mason; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Olivia, Keira, Tessa, Asher, Amelia and Della; and his parents-in-law, Bonnie Yarrington (Harold) of Big Rapids, Keith Heckathorn of Marion, Kathy Rice (Wilmar) of Evart and Mary Heckathorn of Cadillac.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's name to Munson Hospice of Cadillac.
