She was predeceased by: her father Miles Belt; her brother Sam Whittaker; and her son Joseph J. Franks. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Junior Franks; her children, Joyce Sylvester (Richard) of Mendon, Mike Franks (Erica) of Mendon and Larry Franks (Laura) of Mendon; her mother Eleanor Whittaker (Winters) of Lincoln, CA; and her siblings, Rusty, Benjie Belt, Peggy Welch, Norma and Frankie Whittaker. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
