He was predeceased by: his mother Nina Truckey. He is survived by: his father Ronald Truckey; his sister Terri; his brother-in-law Earl Bernheisel of Leonidas; his brother Ted Truckey (Heidi) of Sherwood; and his nieces and nephews, Tangi Hedrington (Matt), Lacy Thaxton (Jamie), Chad Bernheisel (Amber), Tiera Bernheisel (Adam Baker), Trista Bernheisel, Kody Spidle (Olivia), Taylor Truckey and Justin Truckey (Sam).
