It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Scott Allen Kent of Leonidas, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Kent; his wife Sharon; his stepfather Nick; and his grandson Trevor. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Ruddock (Clark); his children, Travis Jeffries (Katelyn Schwartz) of Colon, Ashley Stanton (Will) of New York, Tyler Kent (Haley) of Texas and Devin Kent (Cassie Snook) of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Seth Shumate, Carter Jeffries, Lilly Stanton, Izabell Stanton, Brayson Stanton, Maddox Stanton, Dawson Hoppe, Owen Kent and Abby Kent; and his siblings, Dawn Pant (Kevin), Heather Wordelman and Shawn Ruddock (Francine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
