He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Holstine (Leo) and Susan Coyle; and his grandchildren, Jodi, Julie, Jenn, Bailey, Peyton, Stephanie, Michelle and Kelly (Jarod). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, along with 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
