He is survived by: his wife Linda Swartz; his son Jonathon Sprague (Kelly); his grandson Henry Sprague; his brothers, Richard Sprague (Terri) and James Sprague (Debra); his mother-in-law Wilma Swartz; and his brother-in-law Larry Swartz.
