We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2022, at the age of 56, Scott Douglas Motes of Lennon, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Junior Motes; and his brother Stephen Motes. He is survived by: his mother Martha Gail Motes (Teague) of Lennon; his son Tyler Motes of Grove City, OH; and his siblings, Robin Miller (Troy) of Byron and Derek Motes of Pelston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Those desiring may make contributions to the National Rifle Association or Michigan Cancer Society.
