He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Avery Chapman and Lucille Marion Chapman (Snook); and his brother Rodney Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chapman (Benear); his sons, Michael Chapman (Billi) and Kevin Chapman (Ann); his grandchildren, Jessica Wielgus (Chris), Alex Chapman, Dr. Jacob Chapman (Alexa) and Adam Chapman; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Charlie.
