He was predeceased by: his father Clyde E.; and his grandmother Rainey, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lee Perkins; his children, Natalie Fournier and Neal Garner (Leara); his grandchildren, Chandler Fournier (Nicole Hoover), Carter Fournier, Logan Garner, Cody Garner (Autumn), Angel Garner, Kelsey Garner, Kyle Garner, Ethan Garner and Liam Garner; his brothers, Clyde Rainey, Jr. and Paul Rainey (Tracy); and his siblings-in-law, Ethel Burks (Ben), Geraldine Johns, Earl Taylor and Larry Bensett. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
It is the request of the family that social distancing and masking guidelines are observed during the visitation.
