He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Johnson and Frances Johnson (Gorecki); and his daughter Vicky Cain. He is survived by: his wife Rose; and his children, L. Cathy Kitchenhoff (Kevin), Norman Scott Johnson (Kim), Becky Lamrouex (Bill) and Amy Robinson (David). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, their 20 great-grandchildren, their 3 great great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and the many friends.
