He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Axtell; his children, Tonya Gilbert (Damon), Lon and Jason; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Nathan (Kyndall) and Kaleb; and his great grandchild McKynley. He is also survived by brother-in-law & sister -in-laws, nieces & nephews.
