He is survived by: his wife Cheri Friess; his children, Joleen Friess (John Lindley), Joseph II Friess (Courtenay) and Zach Friess (Tiffany); his stepchildren, Ryan Van Pelt, Wayne Van Pelt (Lana) and Amber Van Pelt (James Ritch); and his siblings, Fritz Friess (Kathy), Russ Friess (Cathy), Doug Friess (Dana), Bill Friess (Penny) and Debbie Baur. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren; 1 Great-Grandson.
