She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Booth and Hazel Booth (Anthony); her husband Richard E. Miller; and her sister Marilyn Opatrny. She is survived by: her children, Tom Miller and Mary Beth Mitchael; and her grandchildren, Kristen Hoebel-Hernandez (Steve), Lucas Mitchael, Ryland and Rowen Hernandez.
