She is survived by: her children, John Stephen Collins (Felicia), Linda VanKoevering (Kevin) and Matt Collins; her grandchildren, Kyle, Andrew, Laura, Kelly, Matthew, Sidney, Mackenzie, Bradley and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Sam, Jack, Leighton, Jordan and Madeline; her siblings, Judy Weber (late Dan), Linda Hollister (Jim) and Nancy Farstvedt (Butch); her husband John Stephen Collins (Felicia); her son Kyle; her grandchildren, Sam, Jack, Leighton, Jordan and Madeline; and also, Andrew, Laura, Kelly, Matthew, Sidney, Mackenzie, Bradley and Nicole.
