He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rogers and Sada Mae Rogers (Mason); his brothers, Manzy and Darrell Rogers; his cousin Odis Rogers (Pat); and his niece Sheila Datema.

He is survived by: his nephew Richard Rogers; his nieces, Paula Nappier and Vicky Cochran (Rick); and his sister-in-law Lucille Rogers.
