It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sofia Daggitt (Lawton, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Chokas and Eva Chokas (Mueller); and her sister Sylvia Kowalski. She is survived by: her children, Julie DeYoung (Jim) and Richard Daggitt; her daughter-in-law Shirley Daggitt; her grandchildren, Amber Brooks (Tyler), Brittany DeYoung, Jason Daggitt James DeYoung and Josey Buentello; her great grandchildren, Joshua Brooks, Jacob Brooks, Nathan Brooks and Brayden Welch; and her sisters, Helina Jaco and Dimi Sirrine (Doug).
