He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Koetje and Gladys Koetje (Rozeboom). He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Harrison (Darwin) of Lawton and Kim Alonzi (Daniel) of Alma; his grandchildren, Shaylynn Quinn Alonzi, Stephanie Joy Alonzi, Heather Shane Booker-Harrison and Cassandra Kay Melinger (Gary); and his sister Gloria.
