He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Packer and Gwendolyn Packer. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Steven Packer (Cathy) and Sandra Packer-Armstrong; his grandchildren, Charles Packer, Stephanie Ksionzyk (Dale), Jonathon Packer (Alexandra), Jamie Packer, Zakary Armstrong and Alexander Armstrong (Kaela); his great grandchildren, Madison Packer, Samuel Ksionzyk, Kate Ksionzyk and Cecilia Packer; his close friend Jean Cook; and his brother Duane Packer (Bernice).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration be given to a donation in Bob's name to one of the following organizations: Lawton Heritage Museum, American Cancer Society or the Wings of Hope Hospice.
