He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland W. Mills and Lena Mae Mills (Peekstok); and his brother James Mills. He is survived by: his wife Helen Mills (Shank); his sons, Thomas (Wendy), Steven (Rebecca), Gregory (Denise) and Kevin Mills (Deloris); and his brother William Mills (Bonnie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
