He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rassi and Mary Rassi (Truex); and his wife Kathryn J. (Kreiter). He is survived by: his children, Ralph L. Rassi, Jr. (Eugene Land), Karen O'Rourke (Jim) and Kristine Rassi (Ed Lechner, III); his grandchildren, Michael DeMiguel (Chelsea), Justin Rochkind and Jennifer Rochkind; and his great grandchild Philip DeMiguel.
