He was predeceased by: his father Ray Scott; his wife Phyllis Scott; and his brothers, Ronald, Harry, Robert, Elbridge, Eugene, Roy and Art Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Lull (Kenneth) of Decatur and Kenneth Scott (Della) of Lansing; and his brother Charles Scott of Lansing. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial donations be made in Oliver's name to Centrica Care Navigators who provided hospice care for Oliver and his family.
