Mary Zappia Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Zappia of Lawton, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio and Rosina Abruzzino (Salerno); her siblings, Filippo, Elizabeth, Nick, Concetta, George, Joseph, Philomena, Frank, Annie and Yolanda; her husband Frank Zappia; and her daughter Dorothy.
She is survived by: her son Frank Zappia (Kay); and her grandchildren, Annie Beardsley (Mark), Tony Zappia (Summer), Kent Zappia (Alice) and Ryan Roberts (Tamra). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
