He is survived by: his wife Mollie Ann Montgomery; his children, Rory Montgomery of California, Nancy Montgomery of California and Denise; his son-in-law Darrell Quinn Jr of Decatur; his grandchildren, Maryna and Tyler Quinn of Decatur; his nephew Guy (Libbye Montgomery) of Kentucky; and his nieces, Patricia Dudley (Steve) and Wilma Langham (John).
