He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jessica Madill (Christopher) of Otsego, Sydney Schauer of Portage and Joshua Schauer of Traverse City; his granddaughter Glenna Madill; his siblings, Paul Schauer (Kim), Mary Strand and Jaima Green (Charles); his children, Paul J., Dixie Schauer (Mahar) and Biological; and his father Larry Britten (Debra).
