She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Conrad and Rosetta Conrad; her husband Herman Guy; her siblings, Helen McGinnis, Marshal Conrad and Milton Conrad; and her grandson Brady Guy.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Hein, Lucille Heiser, Frances Bouman, Becky LeMere, Delbert Conrad and Leon Conrad. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, buckets of cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
Jane powered through many health challenges her entire life, but the genetic streak of familiar Alzheimer's Dementia proved a daunting foe.
