He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Wanink and Martha Wanink (Johnson); his wife Sandra Wanink (Bailey); and his sisters, Roberta Hastings, Audrey Russeau and Dorothy Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, April Willis (Rob), Carey Wanink (Vicky) and John Wanink (Sue Pape); and his sister Martha Dorr (Jim). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
