He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sr. Stephayn and Viola Stephayn (Kelly); his former wife Judy; and his great grandchild Alexa. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Kelli Whittington (Scott), Wendi Church (Tom) and Mike Stephayn (Lisa); his stepchildren, Nick Messer and Taylor Boudi (Carly); his grandchildren, Shayne Whittington (Danni), Spencer Whittington (Dusti), Erika Whittington (Dylan), Stephayn Church (Katie), Matthew Church (Mikayla), Emma Stephayn, Drew Stephayn and Evan Stephayn; his siblings, Andrew Stephayn Jr., Patti Romans (Gary) and Sharon Stephayn; and his great grandchildren, Charli, Gracie and Brayden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
