He was predeceased by: his father Charles Baker Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Baker; his children, Chad Baker (Shelley), Brian Baker (Hailey) and Caren Elmore (Jake); his wife Maria; his grandchildren, Irene, Molly of Gwen, CJ, Ayden, Ryley, Charlotte, Owen and Oliver; his siblings, Cindy Dean (Clark), Chuck Baker (Margie) and Cathy King-Vincent (John); and also Ruth Baker. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
