We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2024, at the age of 80, Ross Smith of Lawrence, Michigan, born in Manila, Arkansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ross Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his fathers, Ross C. Smith and Loney Smith (George); his wife Mattie "Kathy" Smith; his son Kevin Smith; his grandson Lee Smith; and his sister Juleen James.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Thompson (Randy) of Sister Lakes, Kelly Beam (Ron) of Kalamazoo and Karla Smothers of Coloma; his sisters, Floreen Stevens of Coloma and Hattie Derrick of Coloma; and his great grandchild Kaity Burfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Sonny may be given to the Lake Michigan Beach Community Church.
