He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy L. and Robert James Vance, Sr; and his siblings, Anthony and Jane Vance. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Vance; his children, Machele Vance (Daniel Webster) and Charity Vance; his grandchildren, Jacob Helton, Romello Webster (Brianna), Nathaniel Webster, Lexia Webster and Jayden Seward; his great grandchildren, Jalyn and Juniper Webster; and his brothers, John, Jimmy and Frank Vance. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
