Phyllis Jean Conklin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Conklin of Lawrence, Michigan, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wright and Nellie Wright (Beauvais); and her husband Melvin James 'M. J.' Conklin. She is survived by: her son Jim Conklin; her grandson Mark Moore; her great grandchild Emersyn Conklin; her son-in-law Steve Martin; her siblings, Dora Hathaway, Norman Wright and Donald Wright; her children, Janice Martin of Lawrence and Jerry Conklin (Marie) of Palm Bay, Fla.; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Conklin of Taylor, Mich.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the church.
