She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Paul; her brothers, Lawrence and Richard Abbott; and her siblings-in-law, John Bilsky, Eleanor and Doris Abbott.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret "Peg" Beryl Franklin of Grand Rapids and Timothy Paul Franklin (Margaret) of Kalamazoo; her granddaughter Abigail Franklin-Bly (Joseph) of Kalamazoo; and her sister Margaret Haynes Bilsky of Grand Rapids.
