He is survived by: his mother Bernita Marko (Damaske); his children, Ashley Duke (Derek), Alycia McDaniel and Andrew McDaniel; his sister Linda Hall (Steve); his grandchildren, Haylie Kiwiet, Lyllie Duke and Gwendolynne Duke; and his pets, Kiara, Thor and Sadie.
