He was predeceased by: his father Steve Dlubala. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Bezotte; his sister Starr Wagner (Aaron); his nephews, Jason Aho and Kai Wagner; his niece Adriana Wagner (Billie Jo Eckloff); his stepmother Julie Dlubala; and his sibling Chris Locatelli. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, niece and nephews.
