He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marnie R. Parkinen and Kristie D. Parkinen; and his cousins, Tani Burns and Kay Lynn Parkinen. He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. Parkinen and Gail D. Parkinen (Tulppo) of Ely Twp, MI; his siblings, Derek Parkinen of Largo, FL and Brooke Peterson (Eric) of Calumet; and his nieces and nephews, Layla, Nicholas Parkinen, Kirra, Ryder and Lila Peterson.
