He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Arola and Elvie Arola (Petaja); his son Burton; his grandchild Orcala; his friends, Ken Farley, Franny Cloutier, Paul Savela and John Erkilla; his wife Bernadine (Ricca); his siblings, Rebecca Furness and Buddy Arola; his sons, Burt Arola (Kelly) of Dollar Bay and Michael Arola (Carol Dunstan) of Ypsilanti; his brother Roland Arola (Gloria) of Brentwood; his brother-in-law Richard Furness; his daughter-in-law Jill Hodges (Bill) of Big Traverse; his granddaughter Kristin Arola (Jeff Kuure); his great grandchild Cecil of East Lansing; and his grandson Adam Arola (Caitlin Hickey) of Los Angeles. He was also cherished by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
