He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lisewski LaDuke; his daughter Danielle McBain; his stepchildren, Becky Forbush (Rodney) and William Lisewski (Christine); his grandson Anthony McBain; his stepgrandchildren, Ethane Lisewski, Grace Forbush, Benjamin Forbush and London Lisewski; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ridge and Lillian Lisewski; and his siblings, Tom LaDuke (Cindy), Gail Merce (Tom) and Judy Lindquist (Ron). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
