He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Andrew Cullens Sr. and Viva Naomi Cullens (Lyons); and his son Richard Cullens. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Cullens; his children, Wayne Cullens, Pam Williams (Jerry), Roderic Cullens, LaRae Mirovsky (Greg) and Rhonda Rice; and his grandchildren, Meghan, Matthew, Samantha (Alex), Elizabeth, Gerilynne, Ashley (Jared), Kari (Matt), Amanda, Johnathan (Catalina) and Steven. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
