He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas I. Collins and Audrey Collins (Marlow); and his sisters, Lola Pethers and Joyce Patten. He is survived by: his wife Jean Collins; his children, Jackie Smith of Lapeer, Brenda Shelton (Steve) of Hale, Janine Matznick (Dan) of Lake City, Thomas Collins, Jr. of Lapeer, Ricky Collins of Lansing and Pamela Collins of Grand Rapids; and his brother Wayne Collins (Darlene) of Silverwood. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; many, many great grandchildren and several great-great grandbabies.
