It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Charles Saunders of Lapeer, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hargus John and Lester "Sandy" D. D. Saunders (Neal); and his brothers, Kenneth Saunders and Gary Saunders. He is survived by: his wife Betty Saunders; his children, Tom Saunders (Lauri), Ron Saunders (Candy), Shelly Mattson (Brian), Damon Saunders (Lori) and Lisa Cappaert (Charlie); his sister Gayle Oginski (Steve); his sister-in-law Gretchen Saunders; and his son Big O.. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and good friends.
